Litebox fully produced, shot, and delivered a variety of assets for Rummel Construction to use for recruitment, hiring, and website. Litebox was tasked with writing a treatment that would cover the scope of the Rummel’s hiring needs. Litebox followed several Rummel employees to capture a “day in the life” series. Litebox also captured the individuals performing their duties, job sites, equipment used to perform job, safety, talking heads, and aspects related to performing a job as a Rummel employee.

This project took course over 4 days as our crew visited multiple job sites.

Scope outline as follows.

    • Pre-con, grade checking, prewet, grub, excavation, grading, paving prep, gabion baskets, utilities, culverts, access roads, rock, liner, traffic control.

Day In The Life

 

Hero Portraits

This is a body of portraits used for social media and recruiting. These portraits paired with the stories of specific individuals and their job positions with Rummel will expand on personal experiences. The focus is of the specific individual and how you can be hired to be like them. This will drive interest in specific positions and create a further understanding of job duties.

  • Capture Rummel as a strong and approachable company. 

  • Use stoic shots of individuals and their related tasks.

  • Warm tones and energy.


Earth Movers

This body of images captures overall company culture and what each job duty looks like in the field. These images will give visual insight to the day in the life of the specific positions. These will aid in recruiting to give each job context.

  • Capture company culture and lifestyle of job duties.

  • Focus on Individuals and their related tasks.

  • Focus on Safety.


Earth Moving Tools

These images capture the tools and equipment that are needed to perform the job. By giving visual context to the person, the culture, and the equipment, the recruiter will be be able to give a 360 view of the jobs they need to fill.

  • Showcase equipment in the field and the role of the machinery.

  • Focus on tools and the outcome of the job.

  • Create a better understanding of how these tools are used.

 

Big Details

The final deliverable for stills were detail shots. This was a fun way to show how intricate these pieces of machinery, tools, and equipment are. These will be used for social media and website use to unify brand through creative imagery.
