Where do I pick up the gear?
You can pick up gear at Blok Studio Pierce location. Don’t want to drive, we can deliver for a delivery fee.
What time can I pick up the rental gear?
Pick-up BEFORE 3 pm and return within 24 hours for 1 day rental charge.Pick-up AFTER 3 p.m and Rental begins next day.
What time do I have to drop off gear?
Rental made AFTER 3, Return must be made before 11am 2 days following pickup. Rental Made Before 3, Return must be within 24 hours of pickup.
Can I cancel my rental?
Cancelations made within 12 of reservation are free of charge unless conflicting with 48 hours of rental date. Cancelations made after 12 hours are billed as half rate unless conflicting with 48 hours of rental date. Cancelations made within 48 hours of rental date will be billed as full rate.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. You need to provide a COI that meets our guidelines, which you can find in our COI Example PDF.
If you do not have insurance you will need a credit card with a limit of the replacement value of the rental gear.
