About The Role

This hybrid position supports both client services and warehouse operations. You’ll assist customers at the rental desk, prep and check in gear, maintain inventory, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a lot of variety day to day.

 

Requirements

  • Must be 18+

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Able to lift 40–50 lbs

  • Availability on weekdays; occasional weekends preferred

  • Prior customer service or warehouse experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with photo/video gear is helpful but not required


Responsibilities

  • Customer interaction at pickup/return

  • Preparing, cleaning, and organizing equipment

  • Pulling orders and checking gear back in

  • Equipment Runs

  • Light warehouse work + lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Basic troubleshooting and gear handling

  • Supporting the team where needed
